Sixty Feet

Meet the Whitefield Academy team representing Sixty Feet:  Amy Harty (6th), Taylor Harty (10th) and Henry Harper (10th).  Sixty Feet is a non-profit dedicated to bringing hope and restoration to the imprisoned children of Africa in Jesus’ name.  Some of these kids are as young as 2 years old and have done nothing wrong and some are older and have committed serious crimes.  They are all orphaned, abandoned or simply captured by poverty.  Sixty Feet works alongside the African government to help provide access to education, healthcare and family as the hands and feet of Jesus.  The grant was for $20,000 divided equally between medical care for children in prison ($10,000) and providing for critical needs for disabled children at a government run facility ($10,000).
