Before You Begin

  • Verify with Mrs. Robinson that your organization is available.
  • Parents may email on behalf of Lower School students only.
  • Parents may not email on behalf of Middle or Upper School students.
  • Gather photos or video demonstrating your involvement.
  • Request financial statements early, as they may take time to obtain.

Important Guidelines

These are a few key guidelines to review before you begin. Please refer to the full Program Guidelines for complete details.

  • Organizations must be a verified nonprofit (501(c)(3)) or have a U.S.-based affiliate.
  • TTR does not fund capital projects involving buildings or renovations on property not owned by the organization.
  • TTR does not fund international organizations without a domestic office or U.S. affiliate.
  • Students must demonstrate an active relationship with their organization.
